| To complete online training courses please follow the directions below. |

| 1. |
Logon with your user name and the password you received via email. If you have forgotten or misplaced your password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the left hand side of this screen. |

Complete the training courses assigned to you on the "Active Courses" training tab. |

|
| 3. |
You will receive a course certificate via email for each course you complete. Keep a copy of this for your records. You can always request a new copy by logging on and using the "View/Mail/Print" certificate link in your transcript. |
